Vertical Menu
I’d love an option to build a vertical menu (this might be a new plugin?) where the menu items are added via Appearance > Menu (the default WP menu) so that I could have a primary horizontal menu and then a secondary vertical menu and that vertical menu actually did stuff like show current page etc.
Essentially, I’m looking for a better/less custom coded solution to create this look: https://fenziteamobedience.com/articles/rulebook/rules-cover/
There is not currently a divi module or plugin that allows for this and I’ve played with a LOT of menu plugins to check 🙂

Ah like a table of contents :D
We are actually developing this as part of a bigger plugin as we are re-developing our documentation website and need this
Would the table of contents show categories or what are they in your case?
In my case they are not categories - just links to pages. In this specific use case, it’s a rule book for a sport, and the menu is linking to the individual sections of the rule book exactly like a clickable TOC in a PDF 🙂
I’d imagine though that if it pulls from Appearance > Menu it would be able to include anything you can add from there - categories, pages, posts, custom links, etc.
Excited to hear something like this may be in development!
Also excited to hear you’re reworking documentation 🙂 I included some how to information on Divi Machine in a class I’m running if you have any interest in seeing what that looked like 🙂
Ok thanks. Will check this.
Ah would love to see it, please fire the link :D
What’s the best email to send it to? It’s part of a paid-for class so don’t want to share access publicly
Cool. Please email [email protected] 😃 Thanks
