Set a default filter, not only "All"

There are many cases where a default filter (a certain Category for example) that isn’t “All” is desired, but isn’t possible with current version.

When adding a click trigger to mimic a default setting, that makes the page scroll down to the filter - with no way to prevent that from happening.
