More Mobile-Specific Styling Options

For most sites nowadays, mobile visitors far outweigh desktop user numbers. Despite this, the DM modules allow very little in the way of mobile-specific settings/styling.

The standard Divi modules have these options, of course, but I always end up having to add some things twice with Divi Machine, especially in loops/layouts, and enabling/disabling by breakpoint. This is time-consuming and inefficient, as modules disabled by device still all load in the DOM.
