Mega Menu module scroll problem

Hello, I am contacting you for a slight problem with the mega menu module.

I made anchors on my pages, and the mega menu is used to reach several of these anchors.

When I click on a link, it scrolls all at once without any scrolling down animation.

This only happens when you are already on the page in question (The scroll animation works when you come from another page (there is no problem), on the other hand when you are already on the page in question, and you just want to go to an anchor in clicking in the mega menu, there is no animation.)

Could you help me resolve this issue please?
