Edit thank you page when payment fails

Hi, I installed bodycommerce in my ecommerce and i created a design for my thank you page. However, when the payment fails, the design that i make is not displayed, in addition to showing elements that should not be displayed. Is there a way to modify the thank you page when payment fails?
