DM Upload to named or User related folder

Documents uploaded to the default WP folders are open to all. Uploading user related items requires either a named folder or an auto named folder*. DM should be able to list from that folder to allow user to access uploaded docs - personal to that user. *Auto naming needs to be non guessable.
