Different checkout fields for different customers upon radio button select

I wish for a feature, with wich one can realize the following scenario:

Upon checkout the user should have to choose (perhaps with radio buttons), if he is a private buyer or employee of a company. If private certain fields should appear, while if he chooses “employee of company” other fields should appear. The reason is that for employees we want them to enter the employers address and not their own.
