Checkbox determines recipients of contact form

I would like to have 1 contact form where the first question can be: "Who do you want to reach" and then a dropdown menu (with options such as: Marketing, Webmaster, Customer Service, ...)

The recipient of the contact form would then depend on the option the site visitor chooses from that dropdown menu. Very accessible, clear and efficient!
